As an investment advisor representative, Salvatore Bonetti’s mission is to assist individuals, families and business owners in defining their financial goals and achieving financial freedom. Sal is trained and licensed to provide financial solutions to his clients and prospects. His goal is to become a lifelong resource to his clients, and he is dedicated to assisting them through the various stages of their financial lives. Sal is a graduate of The University of Southern Maine, with a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Technology, and minors in Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering and Business Management. Sal has earned and maintains designations: ChFC (Chartered Financial Consultant), CRPS (Chartered Retirement Plan Specialist), and AIF (Accredited Investment Fiduciary) . Sal holds the securities licenses: series 7, 63 and 66 and is insurance licensed in FL, GA, ME, NH and NY.
Sal was born in Portland, Maine and raised with traditional family values of respect and honesty. He has been married since 1982 and is the proud father of two adult children. He has a son-in-law and a grandson as well.
Sal gives many volunteer hours to some special organizations.
When I was young, my grandfather would always say, “The best time to plant a tree was 20 years ago, but the second-best time is today.” The lessons he and my father taught me over the years instilled in me a mindset and a passion for educating others. The old saying “an ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure” is true in financial preparation as well. As a father, I think a lot about the future of my two sons and want our financial resources to be a positive influence. As a husband, I want the security of knowing that my wife will be financially secure if the unexpected ever happens to me. My clients feel the same way. Over the last several years, while building my practice, I have felt the struggles and the pride of creating something of value. Outside of this important work, you can find me playing music, reading a good book, coaching the South Portland High School Marching Band, or volunteering with the Maine Alzheimer’s Association. Most often, I’m with my family: at the playground, enjoying the Maine outdoors, playing hockey, and being the best father and husband, I can be.

Abigale began her career in 2011 with Baystate Financial as a sales support consultant on the Sales Desk and transitioned to the Financial Planning Department in late 2012. As Baystate’s Personal Financial View® Training Director, Abigale is responsible for managing the firm’s financial planning and Personal Financial View®; software.
In addition to her role as the PFV® Training Director, Abigale is also a financial planning case writer where she is responsible for overseeing the financial plan development process ensuring that recommended strategies meet a fiduciary standard of care for the financial well-being of clients. Her role includes:
- Providing comprehensive financial planning services for clients of the firm.
- Analyzing client situations and developing recommendations for proposed planning solutions.
- Approving financial plans for planners to deliver to clients.
- Training the firm’s financial advisors to utilize the financial planning software for both client aggregation and financial planning projections.
Abigale graduated from Wheaton College in 2011 with a bachelor’s degree in Economics, and holds her Series 6, 7, and 63 licenses.
Rick Petrucci focuses in the areas of estate planning, business succession planning, financial planning, executive compensation planning, taxation, asset protection planning, special needs planning, and elder law.
Rick’s creativity, experience, and resourcefulness enable him to work well with our clients and their professional advisors in order to implement responsive solutions for financial objectives.
Previously, Rick had been an estate planning attorney in private practice, an estate and business planning attorney with a national insurance company, and a tax lawyer with an international accounting firm.
In addition to being an attorney, Rick is also a Certified Financial Planner™ professional and a Certified Public Accountant.
Rick graduated from Bryant University with a B.S. in Business Administration (Accounting and Finance) in 1988 and from Hofstra University School of Law in 1991.
Rick is a member and past Co-Chairperson of the Probate & Trust Committee of the R.I. Bar Association; a member and past Chairperson of the Financial Planning Association, Rhode Island Chapter; a member of the Estate Planning Council of Rhode Island; and a member of the Parish Finance Council of Holy Apostles Church in Cranston, Rhode Island.
Devon Black began her career in 2013 with Baystate Financial and has been with the Financial Planning Department since mid-2015. As a Financial Planning Case Consultant, Devon is responsible for overseeing the financial plan development process ensuring that recommended strategies meet a fiduciary standard of care for the financial well-being of the clients.
The customized solutions within financial planning empower clients to make informed decisions. Strategies are focused around the six areas of financial planning, including Financial Position, Risk Management, Wealth Accumulation, Tax Planning, Retirement Planning, and Estate Planning.
Devon graduated in 2013 from Isenberg School of Management at UMass Amherst with a bachelor’s in finance and a concentration in Risk Management. In addition, she holds her Life/Health Licenses and Series 7 Registration and is currently taking certification course requirements at Boston University to obtain her Certified Financial Planner designation. Devon currently lives in Boston and in her free time enjoys kayaking, hiking and being outdoors.
Glenn is Director of Advanced Markets at Baystate Financial, one of New England’s oldest and largest privately owned financial services firms. There he works with moderate and high net worth individuals advising on strategies to improve their financial futures.
Glenn is a 1970 graduate of Rutgers University and served in the United States Army for two years. He started his financial services career in East Orange, New Jersey in 1972. In 1976, Glenn moved to New York and started the Westchester Financial Group and Westchester Pension Consultants with offices in Tarrytown, NY and New York City. In 1990, Glenn moved to Boston, joined New England Financial, and formed Strategic Financial Partners, a multifaceted financial services organization. In 2010, he merged his firm with Baystate Financial.
Glenn is an active volunteer, having served on several local and national boards. Glenn served as the Sudbury, MA Representative to the Minuteman (Lexington, MA) School Committee and was the President of his church for 6 years.
Mark has been working in the financial services industry since 1993 and is currently a Senior Vice President with Baystate Financial. In 2014, his passion for distribution planning led him to develop a proprietary retirement distribution software tool focused on the impact of sequential returns in retirement. Today, he leads Baystate’s Annuity and Long-Term Care divisions.
Prior to joining Baystate in Januray 2006, he was a Regional Vice President with MetLife Investors covering upstate New York and western Pennsylvania. Mark began his career as a Financial Advisor with New England Financial In Worcester, Massachusetts. Two years later he transferred to New England Financials corporate headquarters in Boston and held various positions in marketing and training. In the fall of 1999, Mark joined New England Financial Annuities as Regional Marketing Director and joined MetLife as a Regional Vice President in 2003.
Mark received his Bachelor of Arts from Saint Anselm College in Manchester, New Hampshire. He enjoys all sports, especially golf. Mark grew up and resides in Holden, MA with his wife Kim, and their daughter Megan and son Patrick.
Robert (Bob) is the Director of Life Insurance Sales and Marketing. He began his career at Baystate Financial in 1975 before leaving to work at New England Financial in Product Design and Development for the next five years. He returned to Baystate Financial where he now is the Director of Life Insurance Sales and Marketing.
With 38 years of experience in the life insurance industry he focuses on the sale and conservation of life insurance. Bob works closely with advisors to help them with case design that will assist them in finding the best solutions for their clients needs.
